Summer Season Rates (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
These prices include the entire 3-bedroom/2-bath house with each bedroom having either 2 twins or 1 king-sized bed in it. It is stocked with a washer/dryer, WI-FI, Satellite TV, barbeque, large deck, hot tub in the Nest, fire pit, towels and a fully equipped kitchen.- Daniel’s Guesthouse “The Nest”:
$300 + $9 sales tax= $309 per night (2 night minimum)
$25 extra for each person after 6
- Daniel’s Guesthouse “The Raven”:
$350 + $10.50 sales tax= $360.50 per night (2 night minimum)
$25 extra for each person after 6
Shoulder Season Rates (May & September)
- Daniel’s Guesthouses “The Nest” & “The Raven”:
$250 + $7.50 sales tax= $257.50 per night $1600 + $48 sales tax= $1648 per week
Winter (rented monthly)
The Raven can be rented from Oct-May for the amount of $1200 per month plus utilities.
The Nest can be rented from Oct-May for the amount of $900 per month plus utilities.

Policies: No smoking or pets in the house, long distance calls may be made on the phone with a calling card
Reservation Policy: 50% deposit required to hold reservation at the time of booking. The remaining amount will be collected at the time of your stay. You can use credit card or check.
Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs once a trip is booked 50% will be charged. If the dates can be rebooked a full refund will be issued.
Damage: Tenants are responsible for any damage to premises
